Head of Customer Experience & Growth (Hybrid)

Octopus Legacy Limited in London is seeking a Head of Customer to own the end-to-end customer experience across the estate planning unit, from first enquiry through delivery, renewal and referral. You will lead the Customer and Bookings teams and shape how we serve customers at scale.

You will set strategy, drive metrics at the intersection of customer experience and the P&L—conversion, satisfaction, retention and cost to serve—while partnering with Sales, Legal, Product and Operations.
