Associate Director, Lean & Continuous Improvement

AstraZeneca UK Limited invites an Associate Director Lean to join our team on a 12 month secondment / fixed-term contract. This role partners with Process Execution Teams (PETs) to drive operational excellence and embed a culture of Lean through the AstraZeneca Supply System.

You will lead process, operational and project leadership to deliver tangible outcomes, coaching leaders to build sustainable CI capability across PET leadership and teams.
