As Principal Product Manager, you will lead a London-based FinTech squad focused on ML and LLM features that unlock data-driven consumer value. You guide strategy, own end-to-end delivery, and keep the cross-functional team aligned on top priorities. You shape the product vision, drive decisions, and translate complex ML concepts into tangible outcomes for users. This role blends deep ML product expertise with strategic leadership to deliver scalable, consumer-facing innovations.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 90,000 – 115,000

Responsibilities

• Guide strategy and decision-making for the squad
• Own end-to-end delivery and remove obstacles to achieve long-term goals
• Articulate the product vision and expected outcomes
• Lead consumer ML products and ensure positive user outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and delivery

Key requirements

• Expertise in B2C products leveraging data science and machine learning
• Proven experience managing machine learning products for consumers
• Ability to own challenges end-to-end and acquire needed knowledge
