In this role you will join the Clinical Trial Management team to support global study activities and timelines. As an early-career professional with a PhD, you will transfer analytical and academic skills into clinical project administration within an international environment. You will work closely with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers, contributing to quality control, reporting, and study logistics. Responsibilities

• Collaborate on global study activities with project coordinator and clinical trial manager
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTM system
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Oversee and quality-check the internal regulatory filing system
• Provide oversight of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

Key requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience not required but advantageous
