Overview
In this role you drive new business for next‑gen Drug Delivery Devices, lead programme management across multidisciplinary teams in Cambridge, and remain hands‑on during project delivery. You will mentor junior colleagues and bridge engineering, science and commercial aims to deliver high‑impact medical technologies. The position offers a clear path to influence development programs and even spin‑out ventures within a large, established company.

Responsibilities
- drive new business opportunities for drug delivery services and expertise
- own and oversee programme management activities for next‑generation devices
- lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists and physicists

Key requirements
- experience transitioning from medical devices engineering/science roles to commercial positions such as Business Development or Sales
- strong background in Business Development, Programme Management, Leadership and R&D Design
- track record of developing new devices from concept in the Medical Devices sector
