Overview

In this role you will work within a client-centric environment, serving insurers, MGAs and Lloyd’s syndicates on high‑profile matters. You will bring strong PI and/or commercial litigation experience, including construction coverage matters, and deliver exceptional client service. This position offers exposure to complex disputes and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading practice. You will help shape strategic responses to insurance-related claims and contribute to the firm’s renowned client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Defend construction professionals on professional indemnity claims
• Advise insurers on construction coverage matters
• Deliver exceptional client service to insurers and clients
• Contribute to complex commercial litigation matters
• Engage with major insurers, MGAs and Lloyd’s syndicates

Key requirements

• Strong experience in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation
• Experience gained in private practice or with a major insurer/MGA
• Solid experience advising insurers on construction coverage matters
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service
