Hands-On General Manager: Kitchen-Led, Fast-Service Ops

Ivan Ramen UK is seeking a highly hands-on General Manager for our Farringdon restaurant in London. The role blends kitchen and front-of-house leadership, with the incumbent running the operation end-to-end as we pivot toward a faster, QSR-style model.

You’ll spend significant time in the kitchen, cooking when needed, and coordinating service with the kitchen team to ensure quality, speed and consistency throughout the shift.
