Disrepair Programme Lead: Housing Maintenance & Compliance

WPS is seeking a Disrepair Manager to lead end-to-end programmes for a local authority. You will act as the primary liaison between the council, contractors and stakeholders, reviewing claims and scoping works from survey reports to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

You will oversee contractor performance, drive KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure H&S and CDM compliance across all works. The role offers progression opportunities and impactful public sector work within a supportive team culture.
