Frontline Operations Leader – Facilities & Safety

PepsiCo is seeking a Facilities/OA FLM to lead a frontline team across Effluent Treatment Plant, Starch Processing facility and AD. You will drive daily performance, safety, quality, and adherence to standards, while building a capable, self-sufficient team.

You will role model values, coach staff, manage attendance and conduct, and collaborate with operations and site stakeholders to improve KPIs across a balanced scorecard.
