Associate Director – Cost Management

Overview

As an Associate Cost Manager in our Real Estate Cost Management team, you’ll lead delivery across major real estate projects for diverse clients. You’ll shape team strategy, mentor talent and promote Turner & Townsend values, while building a robust pipeline of opportunities. You work with cross-sector clients to deliver high-quality cost management outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers scope to influence how projects are valued, controlled costs and contribute to a One Business culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the team and embed company values
• Set strategy and drive inclusive collaboration to leverage team perspectives
• Identify, coach and mentor talent and celebrate team successes
• Deliver high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
• Act as a brand ambassador and develop a pipeline of opportunity
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and integrity
• Foster a safe, collaborative, and high-integrity working environment
• Develop strong relationships with clients across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech sectors

Key requirements

• Proven track record in delivering cost management/quantity surveying services across full project lifecycle
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
