Senior Community Mental Health Nurse – Older Adults

NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse for the South Glasgow Older People’s Mental Health Team. Based across Elderpark Clinic and Shawmill Resource Centre, you will assess and treat older adults, develop care plans, and lead a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves managing complex cases, supervising staff, contributing to service development and deputising for the Nursing Team Leader when needed. 36 hours weekly.
