In this Senior IP Solicitor role, you will manage an independent caseload and advise on IP disputes, with a focus on trademarks, copyright, patents, and design rights. You will supervise and develop junior colleagues while contributing to business development in a collaborative, growing IP team. The position supports meaningful client service, clear communication, and active cross‑functional collaboration within a progressive firm. A strong IP background and fast‑paced experience are essential, with a meaningful opportunity to shape the practice and client outcomes.
