Intellectual Property Associate

Overview

International IP practice seeks a 2-4 PQE Associate to join its team. You will handle contentious IP disputes (trademarks, copyright/designs, trade secrets) and contribute to transactional IP matters (M&A, licensing, projects). The role serves a diverse, global client base across industries, with a mix of soft IP litigation and transactional work. You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with top industry experts and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contentious IP matters including trademark, copyright/design and trade secret disputes
• Contribute to transactional IP work (M&A, licensing, projects)
• Serve a wide range of clients across industries (TMT, FMCG, fashion, life sciences, financial institutions, entertainment, energy)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a leading IP practice
• Support on cutting-edge IP projects in a diverse and inclusive team environment

Key requirements

• 2-5 PQE
• strong foundation in UK and EU IP law
