E‑Commerce Operations & Customer Experience Specialist

Smith Brothers Stores Ltd. is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join the Marketing team at our Head Office in Glenfield, Leicester. You will manage day-to-day e-commerce activities and support the 3rd party platforms, ensuring content is well formatted and mobile-friendly.

The role requires navigational online skills, basic HTML familiarity, and cross-functional collaboration with branches and other departments. You will contribute to marketing efforts and improve the customer journey.
