Project Manager

An award winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Winchester. They work across a wide variety of sectors with a vast array of clients including the public sector, healthcare organisations, world leading blue chip clients, R&D organisations, defence and academic research institutes.

Role & Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Day-to-day delivery of projects
• Build relationships with clients
• Development of project documentation and reporting
• Attend, chair and record meetings
• Produce reports
• Attend site to view construction projects

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager

• Degree in construction related subject desirable
• Construction project management experience is essential
• Experience of delivering presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in report writing
• Team player, outgoing, proactive and personable
