Shift Lead – Customer Service & Store Ops

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Floor Team Leader to supervise the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

This frontline role requires rolling up your sleeves, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented store. Shifts include varied weekdays and weekends with opening/closing duties as needed.
