In this role you will support a well-established Commercial Property team at a Top 200 regional firm in Redhill, handling a broad mix of property matters for a varied client base. You will gain exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and property finance, while progressing your commercial judgement and client relationships. Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and disposals
• Manage commercial leases and landlord-tenant matters
• Involvement in property investment work
• Participate in development and redevelopment projects
• Oversee portfolio management and related transactions
• Take responsibility for own matters with supervision and collaborate with senior lawyers on complex cases

Key requirements

• 2-4 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Experience across a range of commercial property transactions
• Ability to manage own matters with appropriate supervision
• Commercially minded with client-facing confidence
• Keen to develop technically and take increasing responsibility
