No predictable days, one minute you’re helping report a burglary the next you’re coordinating a response to something critical.
This isn’t your average role
- Answer calls and figure out what’s really going on…fast
- Use your judgement to solve problems and make quick decisions
- Support people through intense, emotional and chaotic moments
You don’t need to have done this before, but you do need to be:
- Calm under pressure
- A great listener who can pick up on what’s not being said
- Quick thinking with good judgement
- Empathetic but stay focused and professional
You’re not just answering calls, you’re making a real impact every shift, building great skills in communication, crisis handling and decision making.
