Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will own the commercial side of live commercial fit-out projects, partnering with the Directors to drive valuations, pricing and overall commercial management from survey to completion. You’ll support project teams, site visits and help shape the growing commercial function in a collaborative, fast-paced business. Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial side of live fit-out, refurbishment and fire protection projects
• Take ownership of valuations, pricing and commercial management from survey through to completion
• Collaborate with Directors, project teams and subcontractors
• Support development of the commercial function as the business grows

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveying or Estimating experience within commercial fit-out
• Drylining experience highly beneficial
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to own projects
