Housing Standards & HMO Enforcement Officer

Hull City Council is seeking a dedicated Enforcement and Licensing Officer to discharge statutory housing duties in private rented sector housing. The role collaborates with Environmental Health colleagues to improve housing standards, oversee licensing schemes, and enforce compliance, including investigations and prosecutions where necessary.

Based in Hull, this fixed-term, full-time post (37 hours) runs two years funded by a grant.
