Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across building services systems
  • Complete inspections, testing and certification including EICRs per BS 7671 and site requirements
  • Support electrical projects and system upgrades with technical input and safe implementation
  • Review risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and asset performance

Key requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Electrical Maintenance or equivalent qualification
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in commercial, industrial or regulated maintenance environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical compliance, fault finding and testing procedures
  • Ability to work safely within site procedures and permit systems
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be advantageous
