Overview

As a Chartered Building Surveyor at Ashbys Consulting in Central London, you will join a bespoke practice with a small London team and act as the right hand to the BC Director. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value building surveying projects in commercial and residential sectors
• Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Support and mentor graduates within a small London team
• Work closely with the BC Director and contribute to sector strategy
• Exercise autonomy in project delivery and client management in a bespoke consultancy environment

Key requirements

• MRICS or FRICS
