Shift Leader: Customer-First Store Operations

One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Shift Leader to run duty shifts, coordinate a team and keep the store clean, safe and stocked. You will coach colleagues, drive improvements and ensure excellent customer service.

You will act as the keyholder, support the Store Manager, and coordinate with Area Manager and People Partner to meet daily priorities while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
