Engagement & Outreach Specialist

Central Bedfordshire Council’s Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Academy (BESA) seeks an Engagement Officer on a 1-year fixed term to promote learning and employment opportunities to residents and businesses. You will lead marketing and engagement activities, ensure funded programmes are well utilised, and work with partners to raise awareness of the full offer.

The role requires excellent written communication, strong analytical skills with Excel, and experience in marketing or engagement.
