Regional Employer Engagement & Partnerships Lead

Shaw Trust is recruiting a Regional Employer Manager to lead a strategy that develops and retains key employer partnerships for the WLA Strategic Partnership programmes. You will provide employer engagement support to drive performance, manage accounts and improve participant employment outcomes.

This role aligns with the IPS and SEQF models of supported employment, building long-term relationships focused on job carving rather than transactions.
