Autonomous Head Chef: Create Seasonal Menus & Lead Kitchen

You will join Young’s Pubs as Head Chef for The Dunstan House Inn, a pub with rooms in a bustling community. You’ll write menus that match the food vision using fresh seasonal ingredients, from local produce to seafood and sharing plates.

You’ll lead and inspire a kitchen team, cost and develop menus, manage rota, training and health & safety, and drive growth with strong leadership and creativity across our pubs.
