Area Property Operations Lead – East Midlands (Flexible)

Ministry of Justice is seeking an Area Property Operations Manager to lead hard and soft FM services across multiple sites in the East Midlands. You will manage contracts, drive performance, and ensure statutory compliance while liaising with clients and suppliers.

The role requires strong leadership, sector knowledge and the ability to deliver on complex estates management across prisons, probation facilities and HQ assets.
