Job Description:
Swanwick Lodge is a specialist, secure residential home that cares for children with complex attachment, mental health and behavioural needs. The role offers to make a meaningful difference in a therapeutic environment and to work within a dedicated team of carers.
You will act as a ‘therapeutic parent’ and role model, building trusting relationships so children feel safe and supported. The on-site education and health teams provide integrated care and activity-based support.
