Health & Safety Lead – Education & Care

Witherslack Group is seeking a Health and Safety Compliance Lead to drive a proactive safety culture across schools, homes and group functions. You’ll act as Competent Person, deliver training, audits and guidance to staff, and support risk management and ISO 45001.

The role includes UK-wide travel, occasional overnight stays, and a salary of £36,000-£44,000. Hybrid/home base working, 35 days holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package.
