Residential Deputy Manager — Youth Care (SEMH/LD)

Young Foundations in Leigh is seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join a brand-new two-bed children’s home. The service supports young people with SEMH, EBD and LD, providing a safe, nurturing environment.

As Deputy Registered Manager you will help run the home, supervise staff, uphold safeguarding standards, and build positive relationships with families and professionals to promote stability and independence for the young people.
