Job Description:
Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Facilities and Compliance Manager to lead the management of offices and premises nationwide. You will drive efficiency, oversee FM/M&E contractors and ensure compliance with fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, and gas standards, reporting to the SHEQ leadership.
The role requires IWFM qualification or equivalent, strong FM experience in commercial offices, and the ability to manage SLAs and KPIs across multiple sites.
