Overview
In this role you will develop and maintain achievable supply plans across the network, collaborating with planning, production, procurement and commercial teams. You will align demand, capacity and inventory to sustain service levels and optimize working capital. You’ll contribute to S&OP, scenario planning and continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve schedule stability. This is an onsite, cross-functional role with a strong impact on OTIF and end-to-end supply efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans to meet customer demand and business needs
- Balance demand with manufacturing capacity, labour availability, and material constraints
- Manage planning alerts and exceptions (shortages, capacity constraints, excess inventory, service risks)
- Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) to optimize resources
- Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover, and stock-at-risk positions; influence working capital
- Collaborate with Material Planning to address component shortages and enable execution
- Coordinate supply recovery and mitigation during disruptions
- Contribute to monthly Supply Reviews and S&OP processes with scenario planning and risk assessment
- Promote plan adherence and seek schedule stability and efficiency improvements
- Monitor OTIF and implement actions to improve customer service levels
- Contribute to new product introductions, transitions, delistings, and lifecycle management
- Review slow-moving/obsolete inventory to reduce waste and maximize utilization
- Work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to align end-to-end supply plan
- Identify opportunities to improve planning master data, parameters, and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, inventory, planning accuracy and efficiency
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields
- Experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or related roles
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in Food Ingredients, Flavours, Beverage, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Process Manufacturing advantageous but not essential
- Understanding of S&OP, inventory management, and supply planning practices
- ERP systems experience; SAP beneficial but not essential
- Experience with planning tools (SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP) advantageous
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI familiarity a plus
- Strong data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
