Job Description:
Baldock Manor Hospital is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to join our acute mental health wards. You will lead shifts, champion clinical expertise and teaching, deputise for the Ward Manager, and participate in governance and audit activities to ensure safe, personalised care from admission to discharge.
You will have RMN or RNLD with active NMC registration and at least 3 years in mental health nursing, with strong communication and IT skills to support the ward’s dynamic service delivery.
