Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and daily operations. This hands-on role combines leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure the store runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will have retail leadership experience, drive KPIs, lead a team, and be flexible for a 7‑day shift pattern, weekends and bank holidays. England-based role within the UK.
