Age UK Wiltshire is recruiting a Carer Coordinator to support unpaid carers across Wiltshire. You will carry out statutory Carers Assessments for Wiltshire Council, connecting carers with services and respite opportunities.
The role is part-time (30 hours), hybrid or based in Devizes, with travel within the Wiltshire area. 25 days leave plus bank holidays pro rata and a company pension are on offer.
