Broadgate, a growing People Consultancy, is seeking a Senior HR Consultant in Aberdeen to join a supportive team on a hybrid arrangement. You’ll advise clients across the UK, tackling employee relations, employment law, policies, and people challenges with practical, commercial solutions.

With 4+ years in HR and CIPD Level 7 (or aiming for it), you’ll build strong client relationships, design effective HR toolkits, and mentor colleagues while travelling to client sites as needed.
