Overview
In this role you lead the Product Test team to ensure sensor quality and compliance, driving efficiency, yield, and EHS initiatives. You act as the operations liaison, reporting metrics and coordinating across quality, engineering and support functions in a fast-paced environment. You perform visual inspection and sensor testing, support batch releases and product development trials, and manage daily lab activities. The position combines hands-on testing with team leadership to deliver reliable glucose sensing technology at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Product Test team to deliver quality and compliant sensor testing
- Manage daily lab activities, test scheduling, and coordination between teams
- Perform sensor testing and batch record review to support product release, on-market stability, complaints, and trials
- Maintain quality metrics, 6S and process improvements, and drive EHS initiatives
- Act as a representative in daily meetings and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor awareness of new/changed products and processes within the area
- Support walk-around activities and collaboration with quality, engineering and other support functions
Key requirements
- Experience in a laboratory environment with GLP and GMP familiarity
- Proficiency with analytical/testing instruments and lab procedures
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proactive leadership with ability to multi-task in a procedural environment
- Willingness to work night shifts (4-on/4-off, 7:00pm–7:00am)
