Global Protein Commercial Trading Lead

Hilton Foods is seeking a Commercial Trading Manager to grow sales within our protein categories across imported global chilled and frozen Beef & Lamb offerings. You will work with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships, develop strategies, and lead cross-functional teams in a PLC environment.

You will drive account development, manage budgeting and forecasting, and lead new product development aligned with market trends.
