Flexible Children’s Support Worker (Zero-Hours)

Compass Community is seeking a caring Children’s Support Worker to join our teams offering flexible zero hours contracts across Residential Homes and Specialist Schools. You will help children feel safe, valued and able to achieve their potential.

You’ll build relationships, support wellbeing and education, and travel within Lincolnshire as needed. DBS check and training are provided to ensure safeguarding and high-quality care.
