I’m currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a £30m high-end residential development located in a prime area of West London .
The scheme will deliver 70 luxury apartments , and this is a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in its commercial success.

The Role
- No.2 commercial lead on the project, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager
- Involved from pre-construction through to handover
- Support procurement, subcontractor negotiations, valuations, and cost reporting
- Lead on risk management and commercial controls
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to manage change and mitigate cost impacts
- Ideal for a strong intermediate QS ready to step up into a strategic, project-focused role
