Strategic HRBP – Regional People & Change (FTC)

Lomond Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to operate from our St Mary Axe office in the City, with a hybrid pattern and six months fixed term potential for permanency. The role focuses on aligning regional people strategy with the business, leading workforce planning, organisational design and cultural integration.

You will use data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions, manage risk and ensure compliance, reporting to the Group People Director. Immediate start preferred.
