Responsibilities
- Manage an independent conveyancing caseload across sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, new-builds, shared ownership, unregistered properties
- Handle Right to Buy and Help to Buy cases and related regulatory requirements
- Provide expert legal advice throughout all stages of the conveyancing process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholders
- Deliver high levels of client care through clear communication and professional service
- Collaborate within a supportive team and engage in ongoing training and development
Key requirements
- 5+ PQE
- Proven experience in conveyancing with strong technical knowledge
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in property transactions
