Job Description:
NHS Scotland’s Diabetes & Weight Management Team in Fife is seeking a proactive individual to support delivery of weight management and Type 2 diabetes prevention services. You will work with Dietitians and a multidisciplinary team to help patients engage in healthy eating and lifestyle changes across the service.
Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, delivering group and individual interventions under supervision, maintaining records and supporting audits to improve care.
