Bank Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (Hull)

Target Housing is seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes and communities in Hull. The role focuses on promoting independence, completing care plans, and supporting daily activities with compassion.

Training will be provided in health and safety, first aid, medications, and moving and handling; autism awareness and trauma-informed approaches are included. A UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS are required.
