As International Marketing Executive, you will help shape Crockpot’s brand strategy, pricing and innovation plans to build a balanced product portfolio. You will collaborate with the global brand team and local marketing teams to ensure consistent, impactful communications that connect with consumers. Your work will focus on growing consumer demand and market share through informed decisions and cross-functional coordination. The role offers development through feedback and training, with a clear opportunity to influence portfolio and regional actions. Responsibilities
- Lead brand, category or portfolio initiatives to engage target consumers
- Support distribution planning, including merchandising and channel assortment, aligned with global brand positioning
- Build understanding of categories, consumers and competitors using internal and external data
- Provide regional market insights and recommend actions based on consumer needs and category performance
- Support creation of robust business cases and contribute to the innovation pipeline and stage-gate process
- Manage product lifecycle activities across launches, discontinuations and extensions
- Deliver clear and consistent brand communications, including packaging and external messaging
- Manage annual brand planning and relationships with agencies and suppliers
- Analyze market data and shopper insights to inform pricing strategies and promotional planning
Key requirements
- Proven marketing experience within a branded CPG or FMCG environment
- Experience in an international organisation with ability to influence across countries
- Confident using data and insights to shape marketing plans
- Able to build commercial business cases and work with P&L
- Experience launching new products and managing a product portfolio
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
