Outbound Sales Lead – HealthTech (London, Hybrid)

Pareto is seeking an Outbound Sales Team Lead (Primary Care) in London. This hybrid role combines frontline sales with leadership duties to build and scale an outbound engine within a HealthTech platform addressing UK healthcare staffing.

You will lead a team, conduct demos, and close deals to improve practice capabilities and NHS partnerships. You’ll hire and mentor SDRs, tune CRM and processes, and design incentives that drive performance while maintaining commercial sense.
