As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of DHL, helping customers with confidence, care and expertise. Every conversation is an opportunity to create a great experience, solve a problem, and build trust in one of the world’s most recognised brands. Hours are 37.5 per week, with pay £15.43 per hour and overtime £23.15 after 40 hours.
