Overview

In this role you will support growth in lending by proactively engaging introducers and customers, managing pipelines, and coordinating with underwriting and business support. You’ll translate feedback into product and journey improvements, helping the team meet service standards. The position sits within Internal Sales & Business Development, contributing to a customer-centric growth agenda in a flexible, inclusive environment. You’ll work across two teams to balance priorities and deliver quality outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact introducers to strengthen lender relationships and grow lending volumes of the required quality
  • Provide ad hoc quotations and clearly explain product and process requirements
  • Utilise customer feedback to inform product, process and journey improvements
  • Monitor and manage introducer and customer pipelines, prioritising activity and escalating barriers
  • Maintain daily liaison with Underwriting and Business Support to uphold service standards and progress applications
