Grounds Maintenance Team Leader – North Wales

Location: Mold, Wales, Wales

Employment Type: Temporary

Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising grounds maintenance teams
• Grass cutting, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
• Weed control and litter picking
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Liaising with customers and completing basic paperwork/system updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Grounds Maintenance experience
• Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering quality work
• Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment
