The Profs is seeking a highly organised Tutor Operations and Community Administrator to support our tutor relations team across The Profs Group. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding, compliance, quality, engagement, payments and support across two brands in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
You will manage the Intercom help centre, onboarding, tutor feedback surveys, and data processes, while ensuring timely payouts and high-quality tutor-student interactions.
